This intensive one on one holistic lifestyle makeover coaching program is for women who are feeling stuck, tired of dieting, who desire more and are ready to dramatically transform their life and feel their best!

During this focused 3-month program, you will learn how to live your dream life from the inside out, to end dieting for good and to have a better relationship with your body and food.



  • One hour discovery coaching call where we will set you up on a system that will prepare and support you on the journey ahead
  • Two 50-minute coaching sessions per month via Skype or phone where we will dive into overcoming fears and blocks, working on goals, and creating sustainable change
  • Daily weight and cardio conditioning routines that can be done at home, on the road, or at the gym with minimal equipment
